Please call for a price quote for loan signings. Fees are
negotiable and are based on location of signing, number of
loan packages and whether the docs are electronic or overnight.
Exceptions to Service
Please note services may be refused for any of the following
reasons: invalid or improper ID, unwillingness of signer,
incomplete documents, inability to communicate with the signer,
inability of signer to pay the State approved notary fee and
an appropriate travel fee, illegal notarial request.
